SPG Automobiles, the authorized distributor of Omoda and Jaecoo vehicles in Nepal, has launched the new Omoda E5 Pro electric SUV in the domestic market. The company has priced the Omoda E5 Pro at Rs 51.59 lakh for the single-tone variant and Rs 51.99 lakh for the dual-tone version.
The latest model arrives as an upgraded version of the Omoda E5, which the company claims has already surpassed 1,500 units on Nepali roads.
The Omoda E5 Pro brings a range of updates focused on technology, comfort, and safety while retaining the futuristic design language that has helped the E5 gain popularity among EV buyers.
The new model features a ground clearance of 191 mm and is powered by a 99 kW electric motor paired with a 50.7 kWh battery pack. The SUV produces 288 Nm of torque and offers a claimed WLTP driving range of up to 350 km on a single charge.
In terms of design, the E5 Pro adopts a refreshed exterior with a bold front fascia, aerodynamic body styling, and Omoda’s signature Phantom Wing taillights. The cabin has also received several premium upgrades, including an electric sunroof, enhanced interior finishes, and a larger technology-focused layout.
Key highlights of the new electric SUV include a driver massage seat, an eight-speaker Sony audio system, and a 15.6-inch widescreen infotainment display.
The vehicle also comes equipped with more than 19 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) functions, complemented by a 540-degree surround-view camera system aimed at improving safety and driving convenience.
As part of an introductory offer, the company is providing the first 50 customers with a special launch price of Rs 49.99 lakh. Buyers under the offer will also receive one year of complimentary Auto Plus Insurance.
Bookings for the new Omoda E5 Pro have commenced through authorized Omoda and Jaecoo showrooms across Nepal.
